How to apply for access

Our contracted partners’ employees and persons appointed by them can get access to our CRM system.

There are two basic types of the access:
  1. Client: Who can report issues and can follow their statuses within the related projects.
  2. Client admin: Above the client’s privileges they can request and accept proposals. Furthermore they can view contracts and invoices.

A new Client account can be requested by a Client admin, who should create a new issue, which contains all the required data (first name, last name, e-mail).
If you are entitled to get Client access, please contact one of your Client admin colleague.
